Excellent jacket! Almost too warm, but I’ll definitely need to take it to sub-freezing temperatures to really test it out!
Lightweight and easy to adjust
While quality is good the name of the product is misleading, As a actuve duty 68W this bag is no where near a “large combat medic bag” it barley manged to fit my most basic suppies this is more of a small combat bag definitely not large. But for the price you really can’t complain very good size pouches and very comftable to wear definitely worth a buy ig you dont plan to have insane amount of medical supplies just the basics
