Crusader 2.0 Plate Carrier

Developed in collaboration with experienced U.S. veterans, the Crusader 2.0 is built to perform in the most demanding operational environments. It is currently trusted by law enforcement, military personnel, and professional operators across the United States.

• Construction: Alumina (AL₂O₃) ceramic strike face with a hardened, multi-layer polyethylene (PE) backing
• Profile: Curved contour with SAPI shooter's cut for enhanced comfort and mobility
• Protection Level: NIJ Level IV certified — rated to stop armor-piercing rounds up to .30-06 M2 AP (Black Tip), as well as 5.56mm, .223 Rem, and 7.62x39mm
• Multi-hit capable: PE backing allows the plate to absorb multiple impacts at significantly reduced weight compared to steel

Plate Sizing Guide

This kit includes the Small to Large plate size, which accommodates the majority of our customers. Please refer to the chart below to confirm the correct fit.

Fitting Instructions: When standing upright, the top edge of the plate should align with the jugular notch (the bony notch at the base of your neck). The bottom edge should extend to approximately 4.5 inches above your service belt to ensure coverage of vital organs and vessels. The customer is solely responsible for verifying proper fit and coverage.

• Ships to all U.S. states. Orders to New York and Connecticut require verification of eligible status (law enforcement, active-duty military, licensed security, first responder, etc.). Proof of eligibility must be submitted after purchase.
• No shipments to P.O. Boxes. Please contact us prior to ordering if this is a concern.
• Due to ITAR regulations, international shipments are not permitted. If you require this product for authorized overseas use, please ship to a Continental U.S. address and complete CBP Form 4457 — Certificate of Registration for Personal Effects Taken Abroad.
