Helmet came used with some minor damages all over (looks like someone attached their NVG’s and Ear Pro, used it, then decided to return) …and I reached out to customer service multiple times without any response. I’ve made a few purchases with this company but won’t be making anymore in the future. Really bad customer service.
I’m impressed by this plate carrier and everything it includes with this price tag, i did encounter a hiccup with my order, they forgot to send me the side plates but i contacted them and they made me whole, overall I’m happy with my purchase 👍
